Compact MDA III

I had the rom upgrade file for Windows6 downloaded long time back from http://www.tm-phonedownloads.com/sd_compact3.html, the link is dead now but thought it might be helpful for people who are still looking for it. It will upgrade your Windows Mobile 5 to Windows Mobile 6. You will find a drastic decrease in performance but you will find the upgrade good for your T-Mobile MDA Compact III. Make sure you have fully charged your T-Mobile Compact MDA III before the upgrade. You may need Microsoft Active Sync also. The latest released by Microsoft to date is version 4.5 which you can download from here.

Please note that this is the official firmware upgrade released by T-Mobile.
